- Department Store Purchase: return in the Department Store
Dockers.com Mail Returns
- $7.95 processing fee for mailed returns.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving your returned items.
- All refunds made in the original form of payment.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- International customers who purchased from US online are responsible for all shipping costs to return.
