Why was my order cancelled?Updated 5 days ago
In some cases, an order may be cancelled for one of the following reasons:
- The item is no longer available
- There was an issue processing the payment
- The shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect
- The order was identified as a duplicate
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.
You will not be charged for a cancelled order. If a payment was already authorized, the amount will be automatically released in accordance with your bank’s processing times.
